Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States. Any optional expedited service and its price will be shown at checkout when available.

Order processing

Orders placed by 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day begin processing according to the stated handling period. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery estimates

Handling: 1 to 2 business days.
Transit: 2 to 3 business days.
Total estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, seasonal demand, or an incomplete address.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display movement.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact support@jonaza.shop immediately if an address is incorrect. If an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible. Report a package marked delivered but not received within 7 days so we can help investigate with the carrier.
